| Roles and Responsibilities |
- Provide exceptional chat support to customers through various platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger).
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Work on international non-voice processes for clients across different time zones.
- Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse customers from around the world.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives
- 0-2 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
- Graduation Not Required
- Excellent communication skills in English language proficiency required.
- Strong understanding of international chat processes and procedures preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including night shifts as per business needs.
