- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Should be able to read/understand pathology reports and other medical records to identify medical condition and diseases.
- Working knowledge of the health care insurance industry and relevant federal and state regulations.
- Working knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Should be flexible to work in continuous night /rotational shifts as per business requirement
- Good computer skills
- Ability to write, speak and comprehend in English
- Ability to understand claim related documents and make deductions on member history
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM
