Salary
₹18,000 – ₹25,000
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle a high volume of customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products/services based on customers’ needs.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Requirement
Good Communication Skills (Hindi & English)
Basic Computer navigation and typing skills
Should be comfortable in 24*7 working environment, for female staff the shift would be during social hours
