The Bank of Baroda LBO 2025 online exam is designed to assess candidates across four major sections. Each section has equal weightage, and all tests (except English) are bilingual. Candidates must complete the entire test within a fixed time limit.

Selection Process
The candidates will be selected through the following stages–
Online Examination– The first stage of the selection process is an online test, which will be conducted only for the candidates whose applications are accepted. Qualifying online test is mandatory to move forward to the next stage of selection.
Language Proficiency Test– The candidate must have Proficiency (reading, writing and speaking) in the Local Language of the State applied for. This stage is mandatory to qualify to appear for the next stage.
Psychometric Test– Candidates will be required to undergo a psychometric assessment as part of the selection process. This test is conducted to determine the candidate’s alignment with the Core Values of Bank of Baroda and to assess their aptitude for sales-related roles.
Group Discussion (GD)/Personal Interview (PI)– The minimum qualifying marks/percentage of marks for GD/PI would be 60% for the General Category and 55% for the Reserved Category
Note: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank as listed in Second Schedule of Reserve Bank of India only. Experience in NBFCs, cooperative banks, Payment Banks, Small Finance Banks or fintechs will not be considered.
