| Salary | Rs. 18000/- to Rs. 37000/- |
- Zeta Meal Card – INR 1100/month i.e. INR 13200/- PA
- Health insurance benefits up to INR 5.0 Lacs
- Night Shift Allowance – INR 150/shift
- Overtime Allowance as per business requirement.
- 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off. (The off days change based on business requirement)
- Handle inbound and customer queries via call , email, or chat.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our products/services.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and queries.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
