Warder (Male):

• 10+2 (Senior Secondary) pass.
• Standard of Physical Measurement – Height: 170 cm, Chest: Normal 81-85 cms.
• Physical Endurance Test (PET) – 1600 meters race in 06 minutes. Long Jump – 13 feet in 3 chances. High Jump – 3’9” in 3 chances.

The exam will be an objective type exam consisting of two sections i.e. Section A and Section B. There will be a total of 200 questions (100 questions per section) with a weightage of 1 mark per query. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks in this exam.
The exam conducted is a Tier-One (General) based question paper. There is only one section that is divided into one part. This part consists of 5 sections. There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong question answered. Below is the syllabus, candidates need to study hard as there is very less time remaining:

• General Awareness
• General Intelligence and Reasoning Ability
• Arithmetical and Numerical Ability
• Test of Hindi Language and Comprehension
• Test of English Language and Comprehension

For each section, there will be 40 marks allotted, totaling to 200 marks for the paper. The duration is 2 hours; therefore, candidates should complete the paper with maximum speed.

DSSSB Jail Warder Recruitment Exam Pattern is also released with the official notification. The paper consists of 200 questions with 1 mark each. There is 0.25 mark negative marking which is deducted for every wrong answer.
